Steps for MDCAT (NUMS) – 2024 Registration
1.Signup for First-Time Registration
- Click on the “Signup” button.
- Enter your full name (as per SSC/O level/10th Grade Certificate).
- Enter your active and functional email address.
- Select the country code and enter a valid mobile number for the applicant or parents only.
- Enter the captcha.
- Click on “Register/Signup.”
- After registration, your login details and password will be shared via SMS on the provided mobile number.
- Note: For international mobile numbers, the password will be displayed on the screen.
- Online Registration Application:
The application is divided into 5 steps:
Step 1: Test Center Country
Click on “Select Test Country” to choose the country where you want to appear for the MDCAT (NUMS).
After selecting the desired country, click “Select Country.”
Step 2: Pay Fee via (Quickplay/Challan)
- Click on “Pay Fee” to open the payment window.
- Payment options include Debit/Credit card, Invoice (Challan), or Internet/Mobile App/OTC.
- Debit/Credit Card: Click “Pay Now,” enter your card details, and proceed by clicking “Pay Now.”
- Invoice (Challan): Click “Download Invoice,” print it, and visit the nearest Askari bank to deposit the invoice.
- Internet/Mobile App/OTC: Click “How to Pay” to see the online banking payment process. For more information, “click here to see the list.”
- Note: Use the unique Consumer/Kuickpay ID for payment through internet banking and bank counters.
- After payment, return to the MDCAT homepage and refresh the page to update the status from the bank and proceed further.
Step 3: Profile/CNIC Image
- Click on “Upload Images” to upload a passport-size latest photograph with a blue background (no selfies or unprofessional photos allowed).
- Upload a clear front side of your CNIC/B Form/NICOP/Passport.
- Supported Image Types: .jpg, .jpeg, and .png
- Supported Image Size: Less than 2 MB
- After successful uploading, click “Back to Home.”
Step 4: Personal Information / Test Centre
- Click on “Update Personal Information” and fill in the required fields.
- Choose your desired exam city/station.
- Note: Candidates must select two unique cities/stations in order of preference. However, the University reserves the right to shift any candidate based on available seating capacity.
- Click “Save” to complete this step, then “Back to Home” to complete the application.
Step 5: Application Status
- Check the box and click “Submit Application.”
- Once you submit, the following statement will be displayed: “Your Application is submitted.”

The registration fee for NUMS has been announced for both national and international students. The NUMS Online Registration 2024 fee is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria for registration in NUMS
The eligibility criteria for NUMS Admission 2024 are as follows:
- The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan or a Pakistani living abroad with dual nationality.
- NUMS online registration is open for students who have completed F.Sc pre-medical.
- Students who are awaiting their 12th-grade results are also eligible for NUMS registration.
- The previous year’s NUMS test results will not be acceptable for this year.
Candidates must read these eligibility criteria before registering for the NUMS MDCAT Test 2024. If a candidate does not meet these criteria, they cannot apply for the NUMS MDCAT Test.
NUMS MBBS/BDS Admission Test Pattern
The NUMS Entry Test pattern is slightly different from the UHS Test Pattern. The NUMS syllabus is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B.
PART A
NUMS Part A consists of the academic portion, which carries a total weightage of 95%. This part includes 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from the following subjects:

Entry Test Instructions for NUMS admission
Candidates are required to adhere strictly to the Entry Test protocols on the designated test day:
- Download and bring the original roll number slip, along with CNIC, B Form, or passport.
- Arrive at the test center at least one hour before the scheduled start of the NUMS MDCAT test.
- Bring a clipboard to facilitate handling of the question and answer sheet.
- Ensure to have multiple black or blue ballpoint pens.
- Prohibited items include smartphones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices that could be used for cheating.
